Gravning’s employees have worked in various positions on projects for customers from the financial services industry and other companies, both nationally and internationally. Our bread-and-butter business includes the management of regulatory requirements, market analyses, IT migrations and the support of software selection processes. Through repeated assignments in the areas of payment transactions, account processing, transaction banking, corporate banking and online or mobile banking, our consultants have made a name for themselves as experts in the financial services scene. Our employees have been deployed in critical and responsible positions, particularly in major projects (e.g. switching the core banking system).

In addition to a high level of expertise of the employees, Gravning attaches great importance to their methodical competence. Gravning has set itself the task of providing its employees with a correspondingly diverse structure and a wide range of “belly shop” of different methods. Our employees are thus able to handle the classical method of PM, but can also take on the roles of Product Owner or Scrum Master in an agile project according to Scrum.
