In this project, the Gravning consultant was involved in the migration and testing sub-project. The scope of duties covered the topics of overall process control and planning, migration tools, test and defect management as well as planning, preparation and implementation of the cut-over. Furthermore, our consultant supported the quantitative and qualitative coordination procedures within the scope of the data transfers.
