We attach great importance to regulated working hours. For us, work-life balance is a good thing. We are consultants through and through, but for us, leisure and work belong inseparably together. We are convinced that good professional performance is only possible through a balanced private and leisure life.

In the annual development meetings, we therefore identify possible fields of action and will implement them together with you to support you in your development in the best possible way.
We take enough time for your onboarding and “round up” all our colleagues from all over Germany so that you can get to know them over dinner in a cool restaurant in Hamburg. For the time afterwards, you will be assigned a mentor who you can ask for advice at any time outside of the projects.
